The Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pemali-Juana referred to as "BBWS Pemali Juana", was formed in 2006, in line with the implementation of regional autonomy which divides tasks, authority and power between the Central Government and Regional Government. This division actually places limitations on the management of river areas by the Central Government, Provincial Government and Regency/City Government. Initially the River Basin Center (BBWS) itself was formed through the issuance of Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 13/PRT/M/2006 dated 17 July 2006 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of River Region Centers. In the Appendix 1 table in the regulation, the type of center for BBWS Pemali Juana, the location of the province, and the river area as the Working Area of each BBWS are described. OK, I answered yes, I studied the building scheme in Kedung Asem, the plan of the tapping building in Kedung Asem, the fragment of the tapping building in Kedung Asem, and also the weir guard house in Kedung Asem and the weir guard house in Kedung Asem.OK, there must be some of you who are still confused about the building scheme, the symbols in the scheme, the term irrigation, building tapping and the difference between the foundation of a guard house in a water building and the foundation of a house that we usually know, right? OK, I will explain what the scheme is:

C. Definition of building tapping

Tapping buildings are buildings that channel water from secondary channels and tertiary channels.

D. The function of the tapping building is:

Maybe some of you are confused, there are a few differences, okay, I'll just discuss the simple foundation of a guard house like that so that the building is stronger because it is next to water.
